Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt as follows:

  • Garments must be unused and undamaged.
  • They must be in the original packaging with all labels and swing tickets attached, in the condition as supplied.
  • We are unable to accept the return of items that have been altered to order, altered by yourself, or been embroidered with a logo.
  • Faulty items will be replaced free of charge and your return carriage refunded.

 

  • Before returning anything please contact us on Freephone 0808 2222 925 or e.mail to sales@9to5clothing.co.uk stating the reason for returning the item.
  • We will then either fax or e.mail you a returns authorisation form.
  • Please ensure that the goods are securely packed and use a means of carriage that is traceable. Return carriage is at your expense.
  • The address to return the goods is stated on the form.

 

  • When we receive your returned items, following a satisfactory inspection, we will credit you for the original cost of the item.
  • In order to keep our prices low we regret that we are unable to refund your original carriage cost.
