Delivery Info

• All prices shown exclude delivery charges and VAT.
• Orders over £99 +vat will be delivered free of charge.
• There is a carriage charge of £6.50 +vat for all orders under £99.
• Delivery is a Next Day service using Interlink Express to most UK mainland addresses. 
• Some parts of Scotland and the Highlands are a 2 day delivery service. The carriage charge for addresses in the Highlands will be£16.
• The payment cardholder's signature will be required for the consignment.
• The risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. The same applies if we deliver to a recipient designated by yourself.
• At our discretion we may deliver goods in part orders.
• Saturday delivery is available at extra charge. Please contact us for details.

• We expect to despatch orders within about 5 to 7 working days, subject to stock availability.
• We will contact you by phone or e.mail to let you know when your order has been sent
• We will contact you by phone or e.mail if any items are temporarily out of stock with an expected availability date.

• You must notify us in writing within 2 working days of receipt of the goods if there is any damage in transit.  Our liability in this instance will be limited to replacement of the goods.
